This 1 bedroom apartment with it’s hints of green and light brown offers a Mezzanine level with office area and sleeper couch. The 2 bedrooms are both en suite, but the main bedroom features what is internationally becoming a new trend of “In-suite” bathroom. The spacious balcony is the ideal relaxation spot for a lazy Sunday afternoon, and on a hot summer’s day the folding glass doors can be opened up to allow the fresh summer air to fill the apartment.
Apartment #5 - Suite
This apartment boasts 2 en-suite bedrooms on either side of the living room and kitchen area. There are four sliding doors opening up to the large outside balcony, one from each of the bedrooms and two from the living area. The four-poster bed in the main bedroom is a feature on its own and epitomises the style and feel of #1 Melrose Blvd by Seasons in Africa.
Apartment #6 - Suite
High ceilings and a feeling of wide open spaces is a classic feature of Apartment #6. The glass sliding doors open up to create a massive space, joining the living room and the outside balcony, creating a large, free-flowing space, truly an impressible feature. The main bedroom includes a unique feature, which is a double outside shower looking out towards the leafy green residential suburb of Melrose.
